GET TO KNOW MORITZ VON HOHENZOLLERN
After finishing law school, Moritz von Hohenzollern completed various training courses in the food industry - including Gordon Ramsay's Tante Marie Culinary Academy (Cordon Bleu Diploma) in Surrey. Moritz started in gastronomy at Marco Pfleiderer Catering, where he was able to take the first steps in the professional kitchen. His paths led him to various Michelin starred addresses in London and Switzerland, among others to Gordon Ramsay's Maze in London, the 5-star Waldhaus Films and most recently to the Hotel St. Gotthard in Zurich, with the assignment as Executive Chef to revive the well-known Hummer- & Austernbar.

Moritz is a networker with intercultural competence and language skills in German, English, French, Italian and Spanish.
